Sonia Meitzen is a Project Manager and A/R Specialist for CPC Solutions. She is a well seasoned veteran with nearly 20 years in the Medical Field and has held every position in the the Medical Billing Office from Front Desk to Business Office Manager. She is also responsible for staff training and coaching. She is well versed in the entire process of Insurance Appeals, reasons for Denials and how to correct them. Mrs. Meitzen has well developed leadership skills, is highly organized and self motivated, well informed on all current healthcare technologies, rules and regulations, standards and guidelines.

Sonia excels in all of her current duties and responsibilities, while being  a very essential part of the team. Mrs. Meitzen is fundamental to our team's success and is directly responsible for many of the company's most recent achievements.

Micheal Meitzen is a Project Manager and A/R Specialist for CPC Solutions. Certainly a Jack of All Trades, Micheal has vast experience in many facets of the Medical Field including, but not limited to, Administration, Medical Coding and Billing, Collections, Credentialing, Database Maintenance, Medical Office Software Utilization, Payer Website Administration, Clearinghouse Security Officer, IT, Email and Domain Administration, Supply Acquisition, Reimbursement Analysis, and Contracting Providers and Facilities with various insurance carriers.

Micheal is definitely a problem solver when it comes to nearly any issues presented in the course of the company's workflow of various projects and clients. He is an extremely valuable, and integral part of this team and vital to it's successes.

Tamera Smith is the founder of CPC Solutions and a certified member of the Association of Professional Coders. She has over 35 years experience as a professional entrepreneur with highly developed communications, interpersonal relations, organizational and leadership skills. Ms. Smith has served as Business Office Director for four Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) as well as Collections Director for two large hospitals in Central Texas. Her team of medical coders and billing specialists have the ability to handles multi-task levels of responsibility effectively. She is dedicated and self motivated, with a tenacious attitude toward accuracy and job performance.

Ms Smith is proficient in all current CPT, ICD-10 Dx, ICD-10 procedural and HCPCS coding procedures. She is knowledgeable in the use of modifiers for CPT procedure coding, and proficient in the preparation and requirement of UB04 and HCFA-1500 forms. She has extensive experience in the accurate, electronic transmission of claims and correction of clearing house edits. Ms. Smith has proven success in developing and implementing coding and collection strategies, and works extensively with Managed Care contracts including, but not limited to, comprehensive review and contract negotiations.

She is very astute in information accuracy relayed to payers in order to achieve maximum reimbursement, and is highly skilled in accurate, rapid data entry of procedures, diagnoses, charges, payments, and adjustments. Additionally, she has proven adaptability to various medical office, coding, and billing software. She believes that the standards of the company should always be excellence and complete compliance.
